Sometimes as well there are limitations to the ability of the therapist in assessing and diagnosing the client. Complex issues often require in person treatment. However both the benefits to health and convenience make video and phone sessions good for many clients. The bottom line is while online therapy may not be the right fit for everyone, it can make it easier for some. There are many studies and self reports of Telehealth being just as effective as in person therapy for certain issues.
